AudioBoo allows users to post and share sound files either via the website, by using the app on a smartphone or by uploading as an audio file. There’s a 3 minute limit for the free plan, but you can upgrade for more. You can share your boos with Twitter and Facebook.
Once you’ve created a boo you can choose to embed it within your blog and play your soundfile from this mini player.
SoundCloud is very similar with added functionality to customise the colour of your audio player. It also comes with sharing buttons so that viewers can post to other social sites and includes your profile photo.
